We are looking for a motivated Graduate or Student Landscape Architect to join our talented team within the HASSELL Brisbane studio. Applicants should either be graduating this year or be undertaking studies and available to work no less than 2 days per week (Graduates to be full time once studies completed).
The successful applicant will work closely with Project Principals and Associates in supporting conceptualisation of a diverse range of design projects prior to contributing to documenting projects for construction.
Our team is growing and through our collaborative sector based approach you will have the opportunity to work from Brisbane across a variety of project typologies located throughout the east coast. We are currently delivering a range of public realm, urban streetscape, higher education and transit infrastructure projects and this position offers the potential to work closely with a diverse and experienced team to grow and hone your skills within our multidisciplinary studio environment.
To be successful in this support role within the landscape team you will be a graduate or student with some office experience, strong and varied software skills and an awareness of the standard landscape architecture design and documentation phases.
Working within our team you will have an aptitude for learning new processes and software packages to complement your already strong Autocad, Adobe suite and ideally Revit skills.

Required Skills and Experience
_ AILA recognised Qualification in Landscape Architecture (or Studying towards)
to register as a Registered Landscape Architect within 3 years (if a Graduate).
_ Office experience viewed favourably
_ Design documentation skills and experience viewed favourably
_ Proficient in AutoCAD
_ Revit proficiency highly favourable
_ Proficient Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop and InDesign as a minimum)
_ Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
_ Proven ability to communicate ideas, issues, systems and procedures
Ability to exercise effective judgment to prioritise work tasks.
