Urban Play is a small business that designs, supplies and installs award-winning playgrounds that kids, parents and the community adore. Play is our passion. Our clients are comprised of schools, councils, developers and landscape architects across the QLD, Northern NSW and the Northern Territory.

This position is perfect for a
landscape architect with 2 + years’ experience.
Based in our head office, your role will be responsible for designing incredible
playspaces that will change a community. Working alongside large landscape
architecture firms, schools, councils and developers, your creativity and design flair will take
projects to the next levels. From the design brief right through to
construction and completion, you will be heavily involved in the playspaces
creation. The role involves building relationships with current clients and
also engaging with prospective clients whilst listening to their design brief
and playspace needs.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about bespoke and innovative design. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be personable, with the ability to excel individually and work well within a team. You will need to possess strong and creative design skills and possess a qualification in Landscape Architecture from an AILA recognised course.
Any previous work experience that required the application of construction and/or recreation design will be considered relevant. Applicants must be proficient with using: Adobe Suite (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), AutoCAD, Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant commensurate to their knowledge and relevant work experience. The position is available immediately.
